Sharkoon has expanded its gaming mouse lineup with the launch of the FIREGLIDER One, a refreshed take on a familiar name. The new model focuses on reduced weight, responsive input, and flexible connectivity, aiming to meet the needs of both competitive players and general users.

The FIREGLIDER One introduces dual-mode connectivity, allowing it to run in both wired and wireless configurations. This approach gives users the choice between a stable wired setup for competitive environments and a cable-free experience for everyday gaming or work. The transition between modes ensures the mouse can adapt to different use cases without requiring separate devices.
The mouse uses the PixArt PAW3311 optical sensor, offering sensitivity of up to 12,000 DPI. This sensor is designed to maintain consistent tracking during rapid movements, which is useful in fast-paced titles where accuracy and speed are equally important. The sensor’s capability also supports a wide range of sensitivity preferences, making it suitable for different playstyles.

The FIREGLIDER One operates with a polling rate of up to 1,000 Hz, paired with low click latency. These specifications help ensure that movements and inputs are registered quickly, providing immediate feedback during gameplay. Such responsiveness can be important in competitive scenarios where reaction time plays a key role.
The mouse weighs in at under 50 grams, placing it firmly in the ultralight category—a segment that has gained traction across modern gaming peripherals. This reduced mass helps minimize fatigue during long sessions while improving responsiveness, making quick directional adjustments feel more effortless in fast-paced titles that demand precise aiming.

In terms of design, Sharkoon has chosen a more minimal look compared to earlier versions of the FIREGLIDER series. The mouse features a symmetrical shape tailored for right-handed users with medium to large hands. This design focuses on comfort and control, ensuring usability over longer gaming sessions.
The FIREGLIDER One is available in black and white color options. It is priced at €24.99, placing it in the entry-level segment for gaming mice. With its combination of lightweight construction, flexible connectivity, and reliable sensor performance, the new release targets users seeking practical features at a lower price point.
