Noctua Teases Thermosiphon AIO Cooler for Computex 2026, Asetek Liquid Cooler Also Expected

Noctua may finally be preparing to launch its thermosiphon AIO liquid cooler, as the company recently shared a new teaser pointing toward Computex 2026. The cooling specialist posted a short message on X reading “Vaporisation… enhanced,” paired with the Computex 2026 hashtag, suggesting that its experimental liquid cooling design could make its official debut during the upcoming trade show.

The thermosiphon AIO first appeared as a prototype at Computex 2024, where Noctua introduced an alternative approach to liquid cooling. Unlike traditional all-in-one coolers that depend on a mechanical pump to circulate coolant, Noctua’s design removes the pump entirely. In many PC builds, pumps can generate a low humming sound that remains audible even when cooling fans operate at reduced speeds.

Noctua’s thermosiphon concept uses vaporization and passive coolant movement to transfer heat through the cooling loop. By eliminating the pump, the company aims to reduce noise while also removing one of the key mechanical components commonly associated with long-term wear in liquid coolers.

The design could offer additional advantages beyond acoustics. With no moving pump inside the loop, a thermosiphon system may require less maintenance while potentially improving durability over extended use. That approach could make the product appealing to users focused on quiet systems, workstation builds, or long-running gaming PCs.

Alongside the thermosiphon teaser, Noctua has also renewed attention around its partnership with Asetek. The two companies previously confirmed plans to develop a more traditional AIO liquid cooler, and current hints suggest that the product may arrive around the same timeframe as the thermosiphon model.

If both coolers are introduced at Computex 2026, Noctua could be preparing a dual launch strategy targeting different segments of the PC cooling market. One product would focus on a conventional liquid cooling setup backed by Asetek technology, while the other would push a less common pump-free design aimed at low-noise operation and simplified reliability.

Noctua has not yet revealed technical specifications, supported socket platforms, pricing, or launch availability for either product. More details are expected as Computex 2026 approaches.
