MSI has introduced a new small-form-factor graphics card under its INSPIRE series, aimed at mini-ITX builds. The new GeForce RTX 5060 8G INSPIRE ITX features NVIDIA’s latest mainstream Ada Lovelace GPU architecture, packed into a compact design suitable for space-constrained systems.
The card measures just 145 × 120 × 45 mm and weighs 581 grams, making it a viable option for compact PC cases without compromising on performance. Despite its size, MSI has managed to fit in a cooling solution that includes its STORMFORCE FAN design with seven claw-textured blades arranged in a circular arc. This setup is designed to maintain airflow efficiency while keeping noise levels in check.

The heatsink uses a sunflower-style aluminium radiator paired with a copper-core base, helping to dissipate heat effectively during extended gaming or rendering sessions. A metal backplate adds structural support and includes a vent to allow warm air to exit the heatsink area, enhancing thermal management.
In terms of specifications, the MSI RTX 5060 8G INSPIRE ITX is equipped with 3,840 CUDA cores, a boost clock of 2,497 MHz, and a core clock that can reach 2,512 MHz. The card is built with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory, running at 28 Gbps on a 128-bit memory interface. This configuration targets 1080p and 1440p gaming performance and is expected to offer a balance between power efficiency and frame rate delivery for most modern titles.

The card has a 145 W power draw, powered through a single 8-pin PCIe power connector, and MSI recommends using a 550 W power supply for stable operation. Video output options include three DisplayPort 2.1b ports and one HDMI 2.1b port, supporting up to 4K at 480 Hz or 8K at 120 Hz with Display Stream Compression (DSC).
Users can switch between GAMING and SILENT operating profiles using the MSI Center software, depending on their usage preference. For enthusiasts looking to push performance further, overclocking capabilities are available through MSI Afterburner.
MSI has not yet announced the official pricing or release date for the MSI RTX 5060 8G INSPIRE, but the card is expected to be a part of the company’s offerings aimed at users who value performance in compact PC builds. With growing interest in SFF (Small Form Factor) systems, MSI’s latest release adds more choice for builders seeking capable hardware in a small footprint.
