Keychron has introduced its latest lineup of mechanical keyboards at CES 2026, featuring the Q Ultra and V Ultra series. These releases follow the Z Ultra model, which was previously launched in the Chinese market. Both new series are built on the ZMK low-power firmware and include Silk POM switches. The combination allows the keyboards to reach a battery life of up to 660 hours while maintaining an 8kHz high polling rate, making them suitable for extended use.
The Q Ultra series consists of three models: the full-sized Q6 Ultra, the TKL (80%) Q3 Ultra, and the compact 75% Q1 Ultra. All models feature an aluminum alloy case, dual gasket mounting design, and KSA height double-shot PBT keycaps. Multi-layer acoustic damping is also included, providing a quieter typing experience. The Q6 Ultra is priced at $239.99, while the Q3 Ultra and Q1 Ultra are priced at $229.99.
The V Ultra series also comes in 100%, 80%, and 75% layouts. It adds tri-mode connectivity and a new adjustable knob, while maintaining gasket-mounted construction and enhanced acoustic damping. This series is aimed at users who prefer flexible connectivity and a quieter typing feel.
In addition to the standard models, Keychron revealed three special edition keyboards. The Q1 HE 8K is available in a marble finish, while the K2 HE comes in resin and concrete versions, offering unique aesthetic options for enthusiasts.
With these new releases, Keychron continues to expand its mechanical keyboard offerings by combining high-performance switches, durable materials, and long battery life across multiple form factors. Both the Q Ultra and V Ultra series provide options for users seeking performance and design improvements in the modern keyboard market.
