SANWA Launches 62g Ergonomic Mouse With Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wireless Options

SANWA is targeting users who spend long hours at a desk with two new vertical ergonomic wireless mice that combine a lightweight 62g design with a rechargeable battery rated for up to 175 days of normal use. The MA-EBBS536BL and MA-EWBS536BL are designed for right-handed users and offer a vertical shape intended to provide a different hand position from a conventional mouse.

At 62g, the new SANWA mice are considerably lighter than many vertical ergonomic models, which commonly weigh more than 100g. The lower weight should also make the mouse easier to move around a desk, particularly during long work sessions.

Both models measure 126 × 70 × 73 mm and support a maximum resolution of 4,800 CPI. SANWA has equipped them with five mute buttons, providing additional controls while keeping the overall design compact. The mice also use a built-in rechargeable battery, eliminating the need for users to regularly replace disposable batteries.

There are two connectivity options. The MA-EBBS536BL is a Bluetooth-only model priced at ¥6,270, which works out to approximately $42 USD. The MA-EWBS536BL costs ¥7,480, or about $50 USD, and adds 2.4GHz wireless connectivity alongside Bluetooth.

The additional 2.4GHz option gives the MA-EWBS536BL more flexibility for desktop PCs and other compatible devices, while the Bluetooth-only MA-EBBS536BL is aimed at users who want a simpler wireless setup.

The combination of a 62g weight, vertical ergonomic design, 4,800 CPI resolution, and long claimed battery life makes SANWA’s new mice particularly focused on everyday productivity. Rather than adding gaming-focused features, the company is concentrating on reducing weight and providing a comfortable alternative for users who spend much of their day using a mouse.
