HYTE has expanded its PC hardware lineup during Computex 2026 with the introduction of the new Y50 PC Chassis, THICC FR12 RGB Cooling Fans, and several accessories aimed at gamers, PC enthusiasts, and custom builders. The latest products continue HYTE’s focus on panoramic case designs, RGB lighting, and hardware customization while bringing a few layout changes compared to its existing Y-series models.
The new HYTE Y50 follows the same three-sided panoramic glass design language used across the Y-series family. The chassis will launch in five color variants and includes four RGB fans out of the box. HYTE has priced the case at $99.99, placing it below some of the company’s larger offerings.

While the Y50 shares similarities with the Y70, HYTE has made several adjustments to the internal layout and overall structure. The chassis supports E-ATX motherboards, making it suitable for high-end gaming and workstation builds. Unlike the Y70, the new model removes the independent vertical PCIe bracket and adopts a more simplified layout.
Other design changes include horizontally positioned front USB ports and support for rear-mounted motherboard configurations, a feature becoming increasingly popular among PC builders looking for cleaner cable routing and less visible wiring inside the chassis.
Cooling and airflow also appear to be a key part of the Y50’s design approach. The chassis includes ventilation openings around the PCIe bracket area, fine mesh panels across multiple sections, and built-in storage trays for added hardware organization.
Key specifications and features of the HYTE Y50 include:
- Three-sided panoramic tempered glass design
- Support for E-ATX motherboards
- Four pre-installed RGB fans
- Five color options at launch
- Rear-mounted motherboard compatibility
- Horizontal front USB port placement
- Mesh airflow panels and PCIe ventilation cutouts
- Suggested retail price of $99.99
Alongside the new case, HYTE introduced the THICC FR12 RGB, its first ARGB cooling fan designed to combine airflow performance with advanced lighting effects.

The THICC FR12 RGB uses a 32mm thick frame, which is larger than the standard 25mm fan format commonly found in PC systems. The increased thickness is intended to improve airflow characteristics while supporting stronger cooling performance. The fan also includes 3D RGB lighting and will be available in both standard front-facing and reverse-blade versions to better match different build layouts.
HYTE pricing for the new cooling fan starts at $19.99 for a single unit, while a three-pack bundle will be available for $44.99.
THICC FR12 RGB highlights include:
- 32mm fan thickness
- ARGB lighting support
- 3D RGB lighting design
- Front-facing blade version
- Reverse-blade configuration option
- Single fan price: $19.99
- Triple-pack price: $44.99
In addition to the case and cooling products, HYTE also revealed a new collection of accessories. These include colorful cable extension kits, ARGB Noodle LN80 light strips, Smart Hub controllers, and updated FA12 G2 fans.

With the Y50 targeting users interested in panoramic glass builds at a lower price point and the THICC FR12 RGB expanding HYTE’s cooling lineup, the company is continuing to broaden its ecosystem for gaming PC hardware and system customization.
