ATTACK SHARK Introduces RS6 ULTRA Gaming Mouse With PAW3955MAX Sensor and Hot-Swappable Battery

ATTACK SHARK has officially introduced the RS6 ULTRA, a new flagship wireless gaming mouse designed for competitive FPS players who demand high precision, reliable wireless performance, and extended battery life. The new model combines premium hardware with several features rarely found together in a wireless gaming mouse, including a carbon fiber chassis, an adjustable sensor positioning system, and a magnetic hot-swappable battery design. The company is targeting esports enthusiasts and players looking for a high-performance mouse for games such as VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, and Apex Legends.

The RS6 ULTRA features a magnetic hot-swappable battery system. Unlike traditional mice with built-in rechargeable batteries, it uses a removable battery design that lets users replace the battery quickly without stopping their gameplay. The battery attaches through a magnetic alignment system with gold-plated contacts, allowing easy installation while removing the need for battery covers or additional locking mechanisms.

The mouse includes two batteries, allowing one to remain inside the RS6 ULTRA while the second charges inside the bundled 8K wireless receiver. This dual-battery design minimizes downtime and also helps extend the overall lifespan of the mouse since worn batteries can be replaced without replacing the entire device.

The RS6 ULTRA comes with ATTACK SHARK’s patented adjustable sensor positioning system, allowing players to choose between five different sensor locations. This adjustment helps users find a position that suits their grip style, hand size, and aiming preference. By changing the sensor placement, players can fine-tune mouse movement and improve control during fast flick shots, quick turns, and competitive gaming sessions.

Powering the RS6 ULTRA is a customized PixArt PAW3955MAX optical sensor paired with Nordic Semiconductor’s latest nRF54L15 wireless MCU. The sensor supports native polling rates of up to 8,000Hz and offers 1-DPI adjustment for users who want more precise sensitivity tuning. Hardware specifications include up to 52,000 DPI, 850 IPS tracking speed, 75G acceleration, and five selectable lift-off distance settings, making the mouse suitable for players who require consistent tracking accuracy across different sensitivity settings.

The Nordic nRF54L15 platform also improves wireless efficiency and battery performance. ATTACK SHARK claims the mouse can operate for up to 800 hours at a 1,000Hz polling rate, allowing users to spend more time gaming and less time charging. Combined with the dual-battery system, the mouse is designed to support long gaming sessions without interruption.

Wireless responsiveness is another area where the RS6 ULTRA aims to compete with flagship esports mice. According to ATTACK SHARK, its proprietary wireless transmission technology delivers button latency below 0.168 milliseconds when operating in 8K mode. The included shark fin-inspired wireless receiver features an extended antenna for improved signal quality while also displaying battery level, polling rate, and connection status through integrated LED indicators. It also functions as a charging dock for the spare battery.

The physical design focuses on keeping the mouse lightweight while maintaining durability. ATTACK SHARK uses a carbon fiber hybrid injection-molded chassis with a ventilated shell that improves airflow during long gaming sessions. A glass-like cooling surface treatment helps reduce discomfort caused by sweaty hands, while a CNC-machined metal scroll wheel and anodized metal components add durability for long-term use.
