AJAZZ is adding a new lightweight option to its gaming mouse lineup with the AJ159 V2 ULTRA, a 54g tri-mode wireless mouse that combines a PixArt PAW3955 sensor, 8KHz polling, and a removable battery system. Rather than focusing only on reducing weight, AJAZZ has also designed the mouse around a modular charging setup that lets users swap the battery when needed.
The AJ159 V2 ULTRA uses a symmetrical body measuring 123.58 × 64.8 × 39.24mm. The shell is made from ABS plastic and has a skin-like coating intended to provide a more comfortable surface for extended gaming sessions. The lightweight construction puts the mouse at 54g, while the symmetrical shape gives users more flexibility when choosing a grip.
For tracking, AJAZZ has equipped the mouse with the PixArt PAW3955 optical sensor. The sensor is paired with support for an 8KHz polling rate, giving the mouse a faster reporting rate than conventional 1KHz gaming mice. This can be particularly relevant for competitive games where lower input latency and more frequent position updates are important.
