The requirements show that the game is designed to support a broad range of PC hardware. Players with older systems can still meet the minimum specifications with hardware such as the GeForce GTX 970, GeForce GTX 1060, Radeon RX 470, or Intel Arc A580. The minimum CPU requirement is an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-6600, alongside 8GB of system memory.
The game also requires an SSD with 115GB of available storage. The minimum specification lists 3GB of VRAM, while the recommended configuration moves to 8GB.
For players targeting higher frame rates and High graphics settings, Infinity Ward recommends an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7-8700K, paired with 16GB of RAM. The GPU requirements increase to a Radeon RX 6600 XT, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, or Intel Arc B580.
According to the developer, this recommended configuration targets around 90 FPS in multiplayer on High settings. That makes the recommended hardware particularly relevant for players who plan to spend most of their time in competitive multiplayer modes.
Ray tracing raises the hardware requirements considerably. The ray tracing configuration calls for an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i7-10700K, 32GB of RAM, and either a Radeon RX 9070 XT or GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB of VRAM. Infinity Ward is targeting 4K upscaled visuals with this configuration.
