Pulsar has launched sales of the ZywOo The Chosen Mouse Gen.3, the latest version of its gaming mouse developed in collaboration with professional Counter-Strike player Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut. The new model retains the series’ right-handed palm-grip design and Chosen Yellow color scheme while upgrading the sensor and maintaining a lightweight build aimed at competitive gaming.
The Pulsar ZywOo The Chosen Mouse Gen.3 is available in Mini and Medium versions. The Mini weighs 59 grams and measures 114.5 × 64.8 × 41.8 mm, while the Medium model weighs 62 grams and measures 119.4 × 67.5 × 43.5 mm. Both versions are designed for right-handed users, with the two sizes offering different dimensions to suit individual hand sizes and grip preferences.
The main upgrade is the XS-2 optical sensor, which supports up to 42,000 DPI, tracking speeds of 800 IPS, acceleration of 70G, and a frame rate of 20,000 FPS. These specifications target players who need responsive tracking and precise cursor movement during fast-paced games such as Counter-Strike 2.
Pulsar has also equipped the mouse with optical main-button switches rated for 100 million clicks and a TTC infrared scroll-wheel encoder. The mouse supports an 8,000Hz polling rate, allowing it to report its position to a compatible system up to 8,000 times per second. However, the practical benefits of higher polling rates can vary depending on the system’s hardware and the game being played.
The package also includes a 5.8-gram counterweight module, giving users an additional option for adjusting the mouse’s weight.
