BLUETTI is expanding its portable power lineup at IFA 2026 with four new power stations designed for everything from emergency backup and outdoor use to demanding worksite equipment. The company has introduced the Pioneer 5000 e-generator, Elite 30 mini, Elite 100 mini, and Elite 200 mini, giving its latest range a mix of high-output power and smaller battery systems.
The Pioneer 5000 is the largest model in the new lineup and is aimed at users who need considerably more power than a typical portable power station can provide. It packs a 5,120 Wh LFP battery and can deliver 5,000 W of continuous output, with up to 18,000 W of surge power. BLUETTI says the system is intended for construction sites, events, production work, remote locations, and emergency response.
The battery can also be expanded to 35 kWh, allowing the Pioneer 5000 to serve as a larger backup system when paired with additional battery capacity. It supports AC and solar charging, with combined charging reaching 6.2 kW. The unit is built for outdoor and professional environments, featuring IP65 protection and IK10 impact resistance.
The size reflects its higher capacity. The Pioneer 5000 measures 748 × 447 × 733 mm and weighs around 74.5 kg, although its wheeled design is intended to make moving it easier. BLUETTI lists operating temperatures from -20°C to 55°C and a noise level of around 50 dB, making it considerably different from the smaller battery stations designed for camping or travel.
BLUETTI is also using IFA to introduce the Elite mini series. The range consists of three models:
- Elite 30 mini: 288 Wh LFP battery and 300 W output
- Elite 100 mini: 1,004 Wh LFP battery and 700 W output
- Elite 200 mini: 2,009 Wh LFP battery and 1,600 W output
The Elite 30 mini is intended for lighter portable use, while the Elite 100 mini and Elite 200 mini offer more capacity for longer trips, emergency backup, RV use, and other situations where access to a wall outlet may not be available. All three models support BLUETTI’s companion app, while the series also includes UPS functionality and multiple output options.
The Elite 100 mini is the first of the three smaller models to reach consumers. It is currently available for purchase via Bluetti’s official website and Amazon for $429, while the Elite 30 mini and Elite 200 mini are expected to arrive in January 2027. BLUETTI has not yet announced pricing for those two models.
Alongside the four portable power stations, BLUETTI is showcasing its Balco 500 smart balcony solar and home storage system at IFA 2026. The system is part of the company’s wider push to connect solar generation, battery storage, and portable power equipment into a single energy setup.
With the Pioneer 5000, BLUETTI is targeting users who need high power for equipment that can demand a large startup surge, while the Elite mini models are focused on portability. The new lineup gives the company products across several power requirements rather than relying on a single portable battery format. IFA 2026 runs from September 4 through September 8 in Berlin, where BLUETTI is demonstrating the new systems alongside its latest home energy products.
