Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Wireless Mouse 4 Pro in China, adding a new option to its growing range of PC accessories. The new wireless mouse is scheduled to go on sale on July 7 with a retail price of 199 yuan, which is approximately $27.80 USD based on current exchange rates.
Designed for everyday computing and office work, the Xiaomi Wireless Mouse 4 Pro is available in Black and White color options. It measures 62 × 115.5 × 36.5 mm and weighs around 66 grams, excluding the battery. Xiaomi says the compact size makes it suitable for users with small to medium-sized hands while keeping the mouse comfortable for extended use.
One of the key additions is the TOG global sensor, which enables the mouse to track on glass surfaces at least 4mm thick without requiring a mousepad. This gives users greater flexibility when working on desks made of glass or other smooth materials where traditional optical mice often struggle.
The Wireless Mouse 4 Pro also features a dynamic electromagnetic scroll wheel. Depending on the pressure applied and the speed of finger movement, the wheel automatically switches between tactile scrolling for precise navigation and stepless scrolling for quickly moving through long documents, web pages, or spreadsheets.
For users who work across multiple devices, Xiaomi has included support for three simultaneous connections. The mouse can pair with one device using the included 2.4GHz wireless receiver and connect to two additional devices through Bluetooth. Xiaomi has also designed the mouse with a magnetic top cover, allowing easy access to the battery compartment while providing a dedicated storage space for the USB receiver. This helps keep the receiver secure when it is not in use or while traveling.
Instead of requiring downloadable software, Xiaomi offers a web-based driver for the Wireless Mouse 4 Pro. Users can configure supported settings directly through a web browser, reducing the need to install additional applications on their computers.
