Xiaomi Launches Eight New Lifestyle Products in Japan Covering Personal Care, Wearables, and Smart Home Devices

Xiaomi introduced eight new products in Japan yesterday, expanding its lineup of personal care appliances, smart wearables, and smart home devices. The release includes grooming tools, electric toothbrushes, a new smart band, and home monitoring equipment. All products are now available in the Japanese market.

The new Xiaomi Nose Hair Trimmer is priced at 1,680 yen, which is roughly 83.2 yuan or around $10.50. It is equipped with a motor that runs at 6,500 revolutions per minute, while keeping noise levels at 33.8 decibels. The cutting mechanism is designed to avoid direct contact with the skin inside the nasal cavity, providing a gentler experience. It charges via USB Type-C, has an IPX5 waterproof rating, and comes with a magnetic protective cover.

Other personal care products include the Xiaomi Hair Clipper 2, which retails for 3,980 yen (approximately 197 yuan or $24.90). It also supports USB Type-C charging. The Xiaomi Electric Shaver S200 is priced at 2,780 yen (around 138 yuan or $17.40) and features automatic activation upon contact with the skin. The Xiaomi Sonic Sweep Vibration Electric Toothbrush is available for 2,580 yen (roughly 128 yuan or $16.10) and includes a function that helps users clean neglected areas during brushing. Lastly, the Xiaomi Electric Toothbrush T302 costs 3,480 yen (about 172 yuan or $21.80) and supports four brushing modes. It also comes with four interchangeable brush heads.

In total, five new personal care products were introduced during the launch.

In the smart wearables segment, Xiaomi announced the Smart Band 10. It features a display that is approximately 11% larger than the previous model, making text and graphics easier to view. The battery can last up to 21 days on a single charge. It also supports heart rate monitoring even while swimming. The standard version is priced at 6,280 yen (around 311 yuan or $39.30), while the ceramic-framed edition is listed at 8,680 yen (about 430 yuan or $54.30).

Xiaomi also added two new items to its smart home product category. The Smart Camera C100 supports 2K resolution and includes human recognition functions. It is priced at 3,320 yen (around 164 yuan or $20.70). The Smart Thermometer and Hygrometer 3 Mini, designed to display room conditions using smiley face indicators, is available for 1,280 yen (approximately 63.4 yuan or $8.00).

This product rollout shows Xiaomi’s continued efforts to grow its range of affordable consumer electronics in international markets, especially in categories that combine functionality with daily convenience.
