Razer has officially unveiled the BlackShark V3 Pro series, the newest addition to its long-running esports headset range. The lineup includes dedicated models for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, each tuned for competitive audio performance with improved wireless technology, clearer communication, and platform-specific enhancements.
The BlackShark V3 Pro uses HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 technology, offering latency as low as 10 milliseconds for faster and more reliable audio transmission during competitive play. It supports multiple connection modes, including 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, USB-A, and 3.5 mm. The headset also allows simultaneous wireless and Bluetooth connections, making it possible to use two devices at the same time.

The headset is equipped with TriForce 50 mm bio-cellulose drivers, designed to provide sharper frequency separation and cleaner sound reproduction. This helps players distinguish subtle in-game details such as footsteps and reloads. A strengthened magnet structure increases spatial accuracy, while a redesigned driver plug reduces distortion. For PC, the headset introduces THX Spatial Audio with 7.1.4 surround sound, expanding vertical audio channels for improved directionality.
Voice communication is handled by the 12 mm HyperClear Full Band microphone, which supports a 48 kHz sampling rate and a unidirectional pickup pattern. The detachable mic is designed to ensure that player callouts remain clear even during high-intensity matches.

For the first time in the BlackShark lineup, the V3 Pro includes Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Using a four-microphone setup, the system reduces background noise in competitive environments. Paired with memory foam cushions and a closed-back design, the headset is built for long gaming sessions without distraction.
The BlackShark V3 Pro was developed with input from professional players, including Nikola “NiKo” Kovač and Shotzzy of OpTic. Their feedback helped fine-tune the headset for esports titles, ensuring better detail recognition and reliable voice clarity in high-stakes matches.
