HYTE has officially launched its Y50 RGB Essential Aesthetic Case, giving PC builders a new $99.99 option with a panoramic glass design, four included ARGB fans, and support for modern rear-connect motherboards. The new ATX mid-tower PC Case is now available in five color options and is positioned below several of HYTE’s existing Y-Series cases in price.
The Y50 RGB keeps the company’s familiar three-piece panoramic glass design, with the tempered glass panels covering much of the front and side of the chassis. It uses a dual-chamber layout to separate the main hardware from cable management, while a floating base and stair-stepped internal flooring give builders more room to arrange components. HYTE has also moved the front I/O into the corner of the case so it does not interfere with the glass view.

The case can accommodate up to nine fans, including three 120mm fans on the side, three 120mm or two 140mm fans at the top, one 120mm fan at the rear, and two 120mm fans at the bottom. It also supports radiators up to 410mm on both the top and side positions, although the supported thickness varies between the two locations.
HYTE ships the Y50 RGB with four ARGB fans, including reverse-blade fans on the side. The included fans operate from 200 to 1,500 RPM and feature eight ARGB LEDs per blade. This means buyers can build a complete-looking system without immediately purchasing a separate set of case fans.
The chassis supports E-ATX, ATX, microATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, along with ASUS BTF, Gigabyte STEALTH, and MSI Project ZERO rear-connect ATX platforms. Graphics cards are mounted horizontally, with support for cards up to 360mm long and 170mm wide. The case also provides seven full-size expansion slots and supports CPU coolers up to 160mm tall.

Storage support includes up to six 2.5-inch drives and two 3.5-inch drives. The power supply compartment accepts ATX PSUs up to 250mm long, or 225mm when a rear-connect motherboard is installed. Connectivity includes two USB-A ports with 5Gbps speeds, one USB-C port capable of 10Gbps, and a combined audio and microphone jack.
The HYTE Y50 RGB measures 473 x 288 x 461mm and has a 63.8-liter internal volume. Buyers can choose from Snow White, Pitch Black, Black Cherry, Strawberry Milk, and Taro Milk finishes. All five versions carry a $99.99 MSRP, excluding applicable VAT and tariffs, and HYTE provides a four-year warranty.
HYTE has also partnered with parent company iBUYPOWER to offer prebuilt systems using the Y50 RGB. The configurations start at $2,599 and include options such as AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070, while higher-priced systems move to RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080 graphics cards.
