Corsair Sabre V3 Pro PureVector Gaming Mice Launch With 42,000 DPI and 8K Polling

Corsair has introduced its Sabre V3 Pro PureVector gaming mouse series, featuring new aiming technology developed in partnership with Aimlabs. The company claims its PureVector technology can reduce aiming and correction time by up to 33% by customizing mouse sensitivity according to a player’s individual movement patterns. The lineup includes six models with different shapes and shell materials, targeting competitive gamers who want a lightweight mouse with customizable aiming behavior.

PureVector works through a calibration sequence in Aimlabs, where the software analyzes a player’s mouse movements and identifies areas that may benefit from sensitivity adjustments. It then creates a directional DPI table based on the collected data and transfers the settings to the mouse firmware. Unlike conventional DPI settings that apply the same sensitivity across all directions, this system is designed to adjust sensitivity based on movement direction. Corsair says the approach can help players make faster corrections and improve their control during aiming, although actual results will depend on individual playstyles.

The Corsair Sabre V3 Pro PureVector series offers symmetrical and right-handed ergonomic designs. The symmetrical model measures 122.9 × 64.1 × 38.8 mm, while the ergonomic version measures 125 × 67.5 × 44 mm. Both shapes are available with ABS plastic, carbon fiber, or magnesium shells. The ABS Ultralight models start at $179.99, the magnesium MG versions cost $199.99, and the carbon fiber CF models are priced at $229.99.

Weight varies by model, with the standard symmetrical ABS version weighing just 37 grams and the ergonomic ABS version weighing 41 grams. The magnesium models weigh 49 grams and 55 grams, respectively, while the carbon fiber variants come in at 48 grams and 54 grams.

All six Corsair Sabre V3 Pro PureVector mice use the company’s Marksman X sensor, supporting up to 42,000 DPI, tracking speeds of 800 IPS, and acceleration of up to 70 G. They also support an 8,000 Hz polling rate in wired and 2.4 GHz wireless modes. Corsair claims up to 200 hours of battery life at 1,000 Hz polling, compared with up to 31 hours at 8,000 Hz.

Other features include Corsair-tuned optical switches for the primary buttons and configuration support through Corsair Web Hub, a browser-based utility. With PureVector calibration, multiple shell options, and high polling rates, the new lineup combines personalized sensitivity controls with lightweight hardware for competitive gaming.
