EWEADN is getting ready to launch the S9V2 Ultimate, a large-sized gaming mouse aimed at players who want a lightweight design without giving up high polling rates or long wireless battery life. The new model weighs just 59 ± 3 grams while packing a PixArt PAW3955EX optical sensor, Nordic nRF54L15 controller, 8KHz polling, and support for an RGB magnetic wireless charging dock.
The S9V2 Ultimate uses a symmetrical 127 × 64 × 40.5mm shell with tapered sides. EWEADN says the shape is designed for palm, claw, and fingertip grips, giving the mouse a wider range of grip options than designs focused on a single hand position. The shell also gets a skin-like coating, while an internal keel structure is used to reinforce the lightweight body.

Inside, the mouse features a 500mAh battery and large PTFE feet. EWEADN has equipped the main buttons with custom 150M optical micro-switches and uses a TTC 1M dustproof gold wheel encoder for the scroll wheel. The PCB uses an immersion gold finish, while the PAW3955EX optical sensor handles tracking.
Connectivity comes in a tri-mode configuration with USB-C, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth. USB-C and 2.4GHz connections can operate at up to an 8KHz polling rate. When using 2.4GHz wireless at a 1KHz polling rate, EWEADN claims up to 330 hours of battery life, which should make the mouse suitable for extended wireless use between charges.

The S9V2 Ultimate also supports a high scan rate mode of more than 20,000 fps. EWEADN claims a button latency of 0.181ms, putting the mouse firmly in the competitive gaming category where response time and tracking performance can have a direct impact on gameplay.
For charging, the mouse can be paired with an RGB magnetic wireless charging dock. This gives users an alternative to plugging in the mouse when the battery needs to be topped up and keeps the wireless setup intact when the mouse is placed on the dock.
