Akko Launches Dash Master Wireless Gaming Mouse With 40 g Lightweight Design

Akko has officially launched the Dash Master Wireless Gaming Mouse after first previewing the Dash series during CES 2026 earlier this year. The new model expands the company’s growing lineup of gaming peripherals with updated hardware, lower weight, and improved battery efficiency aimed at competitive PC gamers.

The Dash Master features PixArt’s latest PAW3955 optical sensor, supporting sensitivity levels up to 65,000 DPI alongside 8,000 Hz polling support. The higher polling modes are available over both 2.4 GHz wireless and USB-C wired connections, while Bluetooth connectivity is included for standard desktop and portable device usage. Akko lists the Dash Master at just 40 g, placing it among the lighter wireless gaming mice available in its category. It features a symmetrical design primarily for claw-grip users and those with smaller hands, and measures 117.56 × 60.91 × 37.01 mm.

Akko says the Dash Master combines the PAW3955 sensor with Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54L15 MCU to improve power efficiency by roughly 30% to 50% compared to previous solutions. According to the company, the mouse can deliver up to 86 days of battery life when connected over Bluetooth. At a 1,000 Hz polling rate, battery life is rated for around 220 hours of continuous usage, while the 8,000 Hz mode reduces runtime to approximately 28 hours.

The main mouse buttons use Omron optical switches, which avoid the physical contact mechanism found in traditional mechanical switches. This design improves durability while reducing debounce delay during gameplay. Akko has also equipped the Dash Master with a TTC Gold scroll wheel encoder, a component commonly used in enthusiast gaming mice.

Customization options are available through both a browser-based utility and a dedicated Windows software package. Users can adjust DPI settings, polling rates, macros, and button assignments through the software suite.

Akko is also bundling multiple skate options with the Dash Master. Alongside the pre-installed PTFE skates, the package includes three additional sets of dot skates with different friction levels for varying glide characteristics and mousepad surfaces.

Unlike some gaming mice that rely on external coatings for texture, Akko says the Dash Master uses a satin polymer finish directly on the shell material to reduce long-term wear. Precision-cut grip tape is included for users who prefer additional grip during gameplay sessions.

The Akko Dash Master carries an MSRP of $69.99, although the company is currently offering a launch discount that lowers the price to $59.99 for a limited time.
