Darmoshark has launched the M9 wirelessgaming mouse, expanding its lineup with a model designed for users with hand lengths above 21cm. Measuring 136.5mm in length, the M9 adopts a slightly tapered, symmetrical shape intended to support both palm and claw grip styles. The extended body aims to provide improved hand coverage for users who prefer a larger chassis during long gaming sessions.
The Darmoshark M9 features the PixArt PAW3950 optical sensor, a unit commonly found in high-performance gaming peripherals. It is powered by a Nordic nRF54L15 main controller and uses Omron optical microswitches rated for up to 70 million clicks. Scroll input is handled by an F-Switch gold wheel encoder. Darmoshark notes that the internal structure adopts a keel-style layout designed to improve durability and overall stability, while the exterior shell uses a skin-friendly coating for better grip and comfort. Weighing 59 grams, the M9 sits firmly in the lightweight category targeted at competitive players.
Performance specifications include a scanning speed of up to 20,000 frames per second. The M9 supports USB wired and 2.4GHz wireless connections, with the wireless mode offering polling rates of up to 8,000Hz. A Bluetooth mode is also available for broader device compatibility. Power is supplied by a 500mAh battery, which Darmoshark claims can deliver up to 500 hours of usage when operating at a 1,000Hz polling rate.
The included 2.4GHz receiver features a real-time display that shows DPI settings, polling rate, and battery level.
