Drop has officially unveiled the Latte75, a compact 75% mechanical keyboard designed to combine premium build quality with modern connectivity features. The Latte75 will be offered in four color options—Classic Latte, Vanilla Latte, Matcha Latte, and Mocha Latte—allowing users to match the keyboard to a variety of desktop setups.
The keyboard features a full CNC-machined aluminum chassis, paired with a mirror accent weight on the underside for added stability and style. Keycaps are made from durable PBT plastic with dye-sublimated legends, ensuring long-lasting resistance to wear and fading.
Drop has equipped the Latte75 with a gasket-mounted design, providing a softer typing experience through five layers of sound-dampening material. The board ships with pre-lubed all-POM linear switches, developed in-house for smooth keypresses and consistent acoustics. For added flexibility, the keyboard includes hot-swap support for MX-style switches, giving enthusiasts the option to customize their typing experience. South-facing per-key RGB lighting ensures compatibility with a wide range of keycap profiles while providing clear illumination.
The Latte75 is Drop’s first mechanical keyboard to support wireless connectivity. It offers tri-mode support with USB-C wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4 GHz wireless options, powered by the Nordic NRF52840 chipset. The updated Drop Keyboard Configurator enables users to customize layouts and functions through QMK and VIA firmware in both wired and wireless modes.
The keyboard is powered by a 4000 mAh lithium polymer battery, rated to last up to five months in standby mode, making it suitable for long-term use without frequent recharging.
