Yunzii has introduced its latest compact mechanical keyboard, the Yunzii IF68, bringing a 65% layout with enthusiast-focused features such as a built-in programmable TFT display, QMK/VIA support, hot-swappable switches, and multiple connectivity options.
The Yunzii IF68 measures 326.5 x 116.9 x 44.2 mm and uses a 63-key layout combined with a multifunction knob. The keyboard follows a similar design approach to the company’s AL68 model, but replaces the traditional Delete, Page Up, and Page Down keys with a built-in display module. The integrated 200 x 480 TFT display allows users to customize the keyboard with personal images and animated GIFs. Alongside custom content, the display also includes preloaded animations that can be selected directly by users.
The Yunzii IF68 features a gasket-mounted construction with multiple layers of internal sound-dampening foam. This structure is designed to improve typing acoustics and provide a more refined typing experience compared to conventional keyboard builds. For customization, the keyboard includes a hot-swappable PCB that supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. This allows users to replace switches without soldering and experiment with different typing feels.
The keyboard also comes equipped with south-facing RGB lighting and double-shot PBT Cherry-profile keycaps. The keycaps are designed for long-term durability, while the RGB system provides additional lighting customization options. Through QMK and VIA support, users can remap keys, create macros, and adjust keyboard settings using compatible configuration tools.
The Yunzii IF68 supports three connection modes, including USB-C wired connectivity, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth. The multiple connection options allow users to use the keyboard across different devices, including desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. The keyboard is powered by an 8000mAh battery. According to Yunzii, it can provide up to 30 hours of usage with RGB lighting and the TFT display enabled. With both features disabled, battery life can extend up to 23 days, depending on usage conditions.
The Yunzii IF68 is available in black, beige, and pink color options. Customers can choose between Milk V2 and Candy linear switches based on their preferred typing style.
