SteelSeries has introduced its latest premium gaming headset, the Arctis Nova Pro Omni, aiming to deliver a more unified audio experience across gaming platforms, entertainment devices, and mobile ecosystems. The launch comes as the company prepares to mark 25 years in the gaming peripherals industry in 2026.
The new headset, Arctis Nova Pro Omni, focuses on multi-device compatibility and high-resolution wireless audio performance. It supports both 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connections, allowing users to link up to five devices at the same time. With its OmniPlay system, users can mix up to four audio sources simultaneously, making it suitable for gaming, streaming, communication, and media playback without switching devices.
Audio performance is driven by custom 40mm Neodymium drivers designed for a wider frequency range from 10Hz to 40kHz. The headset is certified for Hi-Res Wireless audio, supporting 96kHz/24-bit playback over wireless connections. This setup is intended to preserve detail in in-game soundscapes, music, and voice communication across supported devices.

Noise management is another key focus area. The headset includes Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that reduces surrounding noise by up to 40% compared to competing gaming headsets, according to independent lab testing conducted in 2025. On the communication side, the ClearCast Pro microphone uses AI-based processing to reduce background noise by up to 96%, aiming to improve voice clarity during multiplayer sessions or calls.
To support different usage scenarios, SteelSeries has integrated multiple software and hardware control options. The Arctis App provides access to audio tuning, microphone EQ, and game-specific presets, with more than 200 profiles available. PC users can also use the Sonar software for deeper audio customization, including spatial audio and mixing tools.

On the hardware side, the GameHub system features an OLED display and a control wheel that allows users to adjust volume levels, audio sources, and system settings in real time. This is complemented by onboard controls for quick adjustments during gameplay.
Battery performance is handled through an Infinite Power System, which uses a dual-battery setup. One battery powers the headset while the second charges, allowing continuous usage without interruption. This design targets long gaming sessions and extended entertainment use.
The Arctis Nova Pro Omni will be available in Midnight Blue, White, and Graphite color options. It will launch on May 5, 2026, through SteelSeries’ official store and select global retailers. Pricing is set at $399.99 in North America, £349.99 in the United Kingdom, and €399.99 in Europe.
With this release, SteelSeries continues to expand its focus on unified audio systems designed for modern multi-platform gaming environments, where users frequently switch between consoles, PCs, and mobile devices.
