Razer x NIU Launch FQiX Special Edition Electric Scooter for Gamers

Razer is taking its gaming identity somewhere it has rarely gone before: the road. The company has teamed up with electric two-wheeler maker NIU to launch the FQiX x Razer Special Edition, a limited-run electric scooter finished in Razer’s familiar black-and-green color scheme. The collaboration targets riders who want their personal tech and mobility products to share the same gaming-focused style.

The special edition is based on NIU’s FQiX platform, which comes in two versions. The FQiX 150 is limited to 45 km/h, while the FQiX 300 belongs to the 125cc-equivalent class and can reach up to 80 km/h. Both can deliver a claimed range of up to 110 km, although that figure depends on having two batteries installed.

The FQiX 150 can also be purchased with a single battery, reducing its claimed range to around 55 km. The larger FQiX 300 includes two batteries as standard. Both batteries are removable, giving owners more flexibility when it comes to charging.

NIU equips the scooter with a 4,032 Wh battery system, while motor output is rated at either 3,800 W or 4,100 W depending on the model. A 5-inch dashboard display provides riding information, and a rear radar system can warn the rider about vehicles approaching too closely from behind.

For Razer fans, however, the design will likely be the main attraction. The scooter uses a predominantly black finish with dark-green details and Razer branding. It gives NIU a way to introduce its electric mobility products to a gaming audience while allowing Razer to extend its visual identity beyond laptops, keyboards, mice, and other gaming hardware.

The NIU FQiX x Razer Special Edition is limited to 2,500 units worldwide, making it considerably less common than the company’s regular electric scooters. Preorders are already open, with a €100 deposit required to reserve one.
