MONTECH has launched its CyberFlow series of all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU coolers, introducing two models designed for different PC builds. The CyberFlow ARGB features a cyberpunk-inspired design with customizable lighting, while the CyberFlow CORE uses a more traditional look. Both models share the same cooling platform, featuring a pump rated at up to 3500 RPM, a 32mm-thick aluminium radiator, and preinstalled 120mm performance fans.
The MONTECH CyberFlow series will be available in 240mm and 360mm configurations, with black and white color options. Both models also include a magnetic VRM fan rated at up to 3500 RPM, which provides additional airflow around the motherboard’s CPU power delivery components.
MONTECH has equipped the coolers with E25 120mm fans, reaching speeds of up to 2700 RPM. The company rates these fans at 93.12 CFM of airflow and 7.43 mmH2O of static pressure, with fluid dynamic bearings. The ARGB version uses E25 ARGB fans, while the CORE model comes with E25 PWM fans.
The coolers also feature 400mm tubing, allowing builders more flexibility when positioning the radiator inside a compatible chassis. Socket support includes Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851, alongside AMD AM4 and AM5, covering a range of mainstream desktop platforms.
MONTECH is backing the CyberFlow series with a six-year warranty. Coverage for component damage caused by leakage resulting from a product defect is also available under the applicable warranty terms.
The launch coincides with MONTECH’s 10th anniversary. Each cooler includes a commemorative package containing a dedicated tube clip, a thank-you card, and an anniversary sticker.
MONTECH CyberFlow ARGB and CyberFlow CORE are scheduled to launch globally on October 12, 2026. Pricing has not yet been announced, leaving the final cost of the 240mm and 360mm versions to be confirmed. The two models give builders a choice between an illuminated design and a more restrained appearance without changing the core cooling platform.
