GravaStar has officially introduced the V60 Ultra, a new 60% wired magnetic gaming keyboard that combines the company’s industrial design with hardware built for competitive gaming. The latest model features magnetic switches, an aluminum chassis, high-speed polling, and customizable RGB lighting, making it a new addition to the growing Hall Effect keyboard market.
The V60 Ultra keeps GravaStar’s recognizable openwork frame while adding an obsidian mirror finish to its CNC-machined aluminum body. The compact 60% layout is designed to save desk space while leaving more room for mouse movement, making it a practical option for FPS and esports players.
GravaStar has equipped the V60 Ultra with a dual-LED PCB, dual-light-guide magnetic switches, and black transparent PC spherical keycaps to create layered lighting effects. Users can choose from 16 million RGB colors, 16 preset lighting effects, and six ambient lighting modes to personalize their setup.
The keyboard is powered by GravaStar’s Starlight Dynamic Twin Magnetic Switch technology, offering an 8,000Hz polling rate, 256kHz full-key scan rate, and an impressive 2,304kHz single-key scan rate. According to the company, the keyboard delivers Rapid Trigger accuracy down to 0.001mm and an input latency of just 0.08ms, helping gamers achieve faster and more responsive key inputs during competitive gameplay.
Internally, the V60 Ultra uses a top-mounted structure with a three-layer sound-dampening system that helps reduce vibration and improve typing acoustics. It also features an anodized aluminum alloy plate for additional rigidity and durability. The magnetic switches require an operating force of 40–50gf and provide 3.5mm of total key travel, balancing quick actuation with a comfortable typing experience.
