GameSir Releases G7 Pro WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers Edition Controller with Multi-Platform Support

GameSir has announced the release of the G7 Pro WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers Edition, a new version of its G7 series controllers designed for use across Xbox consoles, PC, and Android devices. This edition combines hardware improvements with a themed design inspired by the upcoming game WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, published by 505 Games.

The G7 Pro is GameSir’s first wireless Xbox controller to feature tri-mode connectivity, offering wired and 2.4 GHz wireless connections for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, along with Bluetooth support for Android devices. Switching between modes is managed through a physical toggle, ensuring quick platform transitions. A detachable cable retainer adds extra stability for wired play, and one-press wake-up support allows instant activation of Xbox consoles.

At the center of the G7 Pro’s design are Mag-Res TMR sticks, which merge the energy efficiency of potentiometers with the longevity of Hall Effect sensors. This approach reduces stick drift while improving accuracy and control. On PC, the controller supports a 1000 Hz polling rate over wired or 2.4 GHz connections, reducing latency during fast-paced gameplay.

The Hall Effect analog triggers provide smooth input response, while the built-in Micro Switch trigger stops give players the ability to adjust trigger depth. For competitive play, a Hair Trigger mode can be enabled for faster inputs.

The G7 Pro introduces four programmable macro buttons—two back buttons (R4/L4) and two mini bumpers (R5/L5)—which can be mapped for additional control flexibility. The inclusion of a gyroscope sensor (PC only) expands motion-based gameplay support.

Input precision is reinforced by optical Micro Switch ABXY buttons and a mechanical D-pad, designed to deliver reliable, consistent feedback. Players can further customize the controller with a three-part magnetic swappable faceplate and two interchangeable D-pads included in the package. The controller also maintains compatibility with previous G7 series faceplates.

Four independent rumble motors are placed inside the grips and triggers, enabling localized vibration for a more immersive experience. The combination of Micro Switch and Hall Effect components contributes to durability, aiming to extend the controller’s lifespan compared to conventional designs.

The controller ships with a Smart Auto Start-Stop Charging Station featuring a 1200 mAh rechargeable battery. The station includes a storage bay for the 2.4 GHz receiver, providing both convenience and extended wireless playtime.

Customization is further expanded through the GameSir Nexus software, which allows adjustments such as button remapping, gyroscope configuration, stick curve settings, and button-to-mouse mapping. This enables players to adapt the controller’s performance for different play styles and genres.

The GameSir G7 Pro WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers Edition is available now on the GameSir official website at a price of $99.99 / £109.99, with Amazon availability scheduled for October 2025. The package includes the controller, charging station, receiver, two D-pads, a cable retainer, and a 3-meter USB-C cable.
