GAMDIAS has launched its new THOR P2 Series power supplies for high-performance gaming PCs and enthusiast systems. The lineup includes 1350W, 1050W, and 850W models, giving users several options for systems built around modern high-end processors and graphics cards. The new PSUs combine an 80 Plus Platinum efficiency rating with ATX 3.1 and PCIe Gen 5.1 support, and include a native 12V-2×6 connector for compatible GPUs.
The THOR P2 Series uses a fully modular cable design, allowing users to connect only the cables required for their hardware. This can make cable management easier and leave more room for airflow inside the PC case. GAMDIAS has also equipped the power supplies with 100% industrial-grade Japanese capacitors rated for 105°C, along with a DC-to-DC design, semi-bridge LLC resonant circuit, and 12V synchronous rectification.
For current graphics cards, the native 12V-2×6 cable can deliver up to 600W of power. GAMDIAS has added a dual-color connector to help users check cable insertion, while multiple 6+2-pin PCIe connectors provide compatibility with a range of NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards. The THOR P2 Series also supports up to 3x GPU power excursion and 2x total power excursion for handling sudden increases in system power demand.
Cooling is handled by a 135mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan with Smart Silent Mode. At around 15-20% load, the fan can stop completely, reducing noise during lighter workloads. As power consumption increases, the fan automatically adjusts its speed to provide the required cooling.
The THOR P2 Series includes OVP, UVP, OPP, SCP, OCP, and OTP protection to help protect the PSU and connected hardware. GAMDIAS is also offering a 12-year warranty across the lineup.

The GAMDIAS THOR P2-1350P is priced at $199.90, while the THOR P2-1050P costs $139.90. The THOR P2-850P is the most affordable model at $119.90.
