MaxTang NXALN51 Fanless Mini PC Supports Intel N100 and N150 Processors

MaxTang has introduced the NXALN51 mini PC, a compact system designed for networking, industrial computing, and applications that require multiple Ethernet connections. The Mini PC features four 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports and a passively cooled aluminum alloy chassis measuring 127 × 127 × 43.5 mm. Its fanless design eliminates the need for a conventional cooling fan, making it suitable for installations where low noise and reduced mechanical complexity are important.

The MaxTang NXALN51 is available with Intel N100 or N150 quad-core processors. The N100 belongs to Intel’s Alder Lake-N family, while the N150 is part of the Twin Lake lineup. Both processors target low-power computing rather than demanding desktop workloads, making them potential options for network management, lightweight server tasks, industrial control systems, and digital signage.

Memory expansion is handled by a single DDR4 SO-DIMM slot. For storage and connectivity, the mini PC includes an M.2 B-Key slot supporting 2242 and 2280 SSDs or a 3042 LTE cellular module. A separate M.2 E-Key slot supports a wireless network card, allowing users to add wireless connectivity alongside the four wired Ethernet ports.

The front panel includes two USB-A 3.2 ports, two USB-A 2.0 ports, and two HDMI 2.1 outputs using TMDS signaling. These display connections can support multi-monitor installations, although MaxTang has not specified the maximum supported resolutions or refresh rates. The rear panel houses an RS-232 serial port in an RJ-45 connector format, while a SIM card slot is positioned on the side of the chassis for cellular networking configurations.

The four 2.5GbE ports are the main feature for network-focused deployments. Depending on the software and configuration, the system could be used for routing, firewall applications, network monitoring, or other tasks that benefit from multiple wired interfaces. Actual throughput will depend on the processor, network controller implementation, drivers, and workload.

MaxTang has not yet disclosed the NXALN51’s price, release date, maximum memory capacity, or full power requirements. These details will help determine its suitability for buyers looking for a compact network appliance or fanless industrial PC.
