MCHOSE is expanding its magnetic gaming keyboard lineup with the new Ace 68 Air 2, bringing an 8K polling rate, 256KHz scan rate, and Rapid Trigger controls to a compact 65% design. The keyboard is available in Amber Gold and Mint Ice, giving the new model a different look while retaining the overall design language of the Ace 68 Air Super Racing Edition.
The keyboard also features a dedicated Rapid Trigger (RT) control button on the side, allowing users to switch input modes directly without opening the companion software. This provides quicker access to RT settings and can be useful during competitive gaming sessions where fast input adjustments are important.
The MCHOSE Ace 68 Air 2 supports an 8,000Hz polling rate and a 256KHz scan rate, with MCHOSE rating its latency as low as 0.08ms. The Rapid Trigger system is also specified with 0.001mm accuracy, targeting players who need precise actuation control.
The keyboard comes with a choice of Polar magnetic switches or Taishan magnetic switches. MCHOSE also offers different keycap surface options, including versions with backlit characters and matte keycaps.
Its internal construction includes an aluminum alloy positioning plate and five layers of acoustic damping. The PCB uses a top-mounted LED design, while an Air rhythmic backlight box at the rear adds another lighting element to the keyboard.
