The G6 HE starts at $89.99 for the swappable-battery version, while the built-in battery model is priced at $74.99. The latter does not appear to be available for pre-order yet. Keychron expects shipping for the current pre-order model to begin in late November.

The G6 HE measures 123.7 × 63 × 41 mm and uses a symmetrical shape similar to the Logitech G Pro X mouse design. With its swappable battery installed, the mouse weighs 49 g in wireless mode and drops to 41 g when used with a cable. Keychron also includes two optional weight blocks that can raise the weight to 56 g or 66 g. Meanwhile, the built-in battery version weighs 42 g.

Inside, the G6 HE uses a PixArt PAW3955 sensor and Nordic 54LM20A MCU, supporting an 8,000 Hz polling rate. Its main clicks use hybrid MagOpt Hall effect and optical switches with 11 actuation adjustment levels, 0.65 mm total travel, and a rated 100-million-click MTBF. Rapid Trigger support is also included, allowing the switches to react based on adjustable actuation and reset points.

The mouse supports 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity and Bluetooth 5.3. Battery life depends heavily on the polling rate, with Keychron claiming up to 29 hours at 8 kHz, 171 hours at 1 kHz, and 248 hours at 125 Hz. Bluetooth operation is rated for up to 183 hours.

A 2.5 mm ultra-thin low-drag USB Type-C cable is included, featuring a flexible housing and angled connector. The swappable-battery model also includes an extra battery and the TurboLink 8K receiver, which doubles as a charging dock. The receiver has four customizable buttons that can be assigned to shortcuts, macros, and application launches through Keychron Assist on Windows.
