OneXPlayer has introduced the ONEXStation, a compact mini PC powered by the latest AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, expanding the growing lineup of systems based on the Strix Halo platform. Designed for users looking for strong compute and graphics performance in a small form factor, the ONEXStation integrates the Radeon 8060S iGPU and supports up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory across a 256-bit memory bus. The combination of high memory bandwidth and modern integrated graphics enables the system to handle gaming workloads, content creation tasks, and local AI processing without a discrete GPU.

The aluminum chassis measures 186 × 193 × 62 mm, placing the ONEXStation among compact desktop systems that prioritize performance efficiency while maintaining minimal desk space. Storage is handled by a 1 TB PCIe Gen4×4 M.2 SSD installed by default, while a second internal M.2 slot allows expansion to up to 8 TB, giving users flexibility for large project files or extensive game libraries.

Cooling is handled by a custom thermal solution comprising three heat pipes paired with a tri-fan ventilation layout. The system allows users to configure TDP profiles at 55 W, 85 W, or 120 W through the included software, offering flexibility depending on workload requirements or acoustic preferences. The ONEXStation launches with an introductory price of $2,999, with the expected retail price increasing to $3,599 after the launch period.

The system offers a total of 13 ports across the front and rear panels, providing flexibility for a wide range of peripherals and accessories. On the front, users will find dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB4 Type-C port, a UHS-II SD card slot, and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack. A dedicated turbo button is also included, enabling higher cooling performance during demanding workloads.

At the rear, the system features a DC power input, an additional 3.5 mm audio combo jack, a 2.5 GbE Ethernet port, one USB 3.2 Type-A port, a second USB4 Type-C port, DisplayPort, and HDMI output. Dual USB 2.0 ports are also available, suitable for peripherals such as a keyboard or mouse. Wireless connectivity is supported via Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
Pricing for systems based on Strix Halo processors and competing high-performance SoCs remains subject to change due to current market conditions. Companies such as Ayaneo have already paused pre-orders for Strix Halo-based devices, while Khadas recently adjusted pricing for mini PCs powered by upcoming Intel processors based on the Panther Lake architecture. A
s demand continues to grow for compact systems capable of handling gaming, professional workloads, and AI-assisted applications, devices like the ONEXStation illustrate how manufacturers are positioning integrated solutions as alternatives to traditional desktop configurations.
