Dreame Technology has revealed new details about its smartphone plans after its mobile phone team appeared at the Southwest Europe Distributor Conference. The company shared the update through its official Weibo account, confirming that it introduced both a high-end luxury smartphone series and a flagship modular series to regional partners.

According to Dreame, the team discussed the core ideas behind its smartphone development, including product direction, design approach, and long-term planning. The high-end luxury series was presented with a focus on design aesthetics and material choices, while the modular imaging flagship was shown as an example of the company’s technical direction in mobile photography.
Dreame stated that the modular flagship drew strong attention during the event, receiving several rounds of applause from attendees. The company described this response as an encouraging sign that its modular imaging concept can appeal to audiences outside China. The presentation also marked Dreame’s first appearance within an international professional community focused on smartphones.

The company officially announced its first smartphone, named Dreame Space, in September last year. At the time, Dreame CEO Yu Hao publicly stated that the company plans to compete at the top level of the smartphone market, with the long-term aim of forming a three-way competitive landscape alongside Huawei and Xiaomi.

Earlier this year, interest around Dreame’s smartphone project increased when Yu Hao briefly shared an early design rendering of the company’s first phone on Weibo on January 19. The post was later removed, but Yu Hao clarified that the image was only a preliminary design used to gather feedback. He added that the final product would continue to evolve based on further evaluation and response.

While Dreame has yet to release full specifications or confirm a launch schedule, its presence at a European distributor conference suggests that international expansion is part of its smartphone strategy. Further updates are expected as the company moves closer to bringing its mobile devices to market.
