Pearl Abyss and PLAION have announced that Crimson Desert will release worldwide on March 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. A new story trailer was also published, introducing the game’s central conflict and providing a deeper look into its setting, the continent of Pywel.
The game follows Kliff, leader of the Greymanes, after a sudden ambush by rival faction, the Black Bear,s leaves his people scattered. Players will guide Kliff on a journey to reunite his allies, reclaim territory, and restore the strength of the Greymanes. The story is set against large-scale battles, encounters with powerful creatures, and exploration across Pywel’s diverse landscapes.
