Lei Jun delivered his 2024 annual speech tonight, announcing the official release of the Xiaomi Mijia All-Effect Air Purifier Ultra Enhanced Edition, priced at 5,699 yuan ($780).

For consumables, users do not need to replace the catalytic aldehyde filter element. The recommended retail prices for the air purifier’s full-effect composite filter element, carbon array filter element, and medium-effect composite filter element are 499 yuan, 499 yuan, and 299 yuan, respectively, with service lives of 2 years, 3 years, and 1 year. Calculating with a 365-day year, the average daily costs are approximately 0.68 yuan, 0.46 yuan, and 0.82 yuan, respectively.

Reports indicate that this air purifier features “ten-level composite deep purification” technology, including a “second-generation 10,000-level carbon array” and a “specially researched oxygen dissolution layer,” capable of “comprehensively encircling” 95 types of air pollution.

For odor removal, this Xiaomi Mijia All-Effect Air Purifier Ultra has received the authoritative Swiss SGS certification and can effectively eliminate second-hand smoke residue and kitchen odors. It includes a new generation of catalytic formaldehyde decomposition filter elements and employs microstructure control technology, significantly increasing the air contact area and efficiently converting formaldehyde into harmless water and carbon dioxide, allowing long-term use without frequent filter replacement.

For sterilization, this air purifier uses a high-strength reflective aluminum film coating, overcoming the limitations of traditional UV lamp beads to achieve full-width light irradiation, and disinfecting bacteria and viruses without dead angles. Equipped with four sets of high-energy plasma generators, it ensures continuous immersion purification, completely removing microorganisms attached to the filter element while eliminating harmful gases and odors.
