Thermalright has announced the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital, a new premium air cooler designed to support modern Intel and AMD processors. The cooler will be available in two versions: the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital SNOW in white and the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital EVO in black.
The Phantom Spirit 120 Digital is rated for 275 W TDP and is compatible with Intel LGA115X, LGA1200, LGA1700, LGA1851, and AMD AM4, AM5 sockets. The design includes a dual fin-stack heatsink connected by seven 6 mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes. Heat is transferred through a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base, moving efficiently into the two aluminum fin stacks.
The magnetically attached ARGB digital top cover integrates a real-time monitoring display that shows CPU temperature, CPU load, GPU temperature, and GPU load simultaneously. It connects through either a 9-pin motherboard header or a USB port, offering flexibility across different system configurations.
Cooling performance is managed by two TL-K12W 120 mm fans included with the cooler. These fans are built with S-FDB V2 bearings and operate at speeds of up to 2,150 RPM, producing airflow levels of 69 CFM with a maximum static pressure of 2.87 mm H₂O. Despite the airflow capacity, the fans are rated for a maximum noise output of 27 dBA. They use 4-pin PWM connectors for speed regulation and 3-pin 5 V ARGB connectors for lighting effects. Each fan also features a four-sided illuminated inner frame, adding to the visual appeal.
With both fans attached, the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital measures 125 mm (L) x 135 mm (W) x 160 mm (H), ensuring compatibility with most mid-tower and full-tower cases.
According to IT Home, the cooler is priced at approximately US$49 (349 yuan) and comes with a 3-year warranty. Store availability details are expected to follow in the coming weeks.
