TeamGroup Inc., a global provider of memory and storage solutions, has secured multiple international patents for its latest solid-state drive products. The company confirmed that the PD20M, P36D, and P35S SSDs have been officially granted patents in the United States, Japan, and Taiwan, covering both design and functional innovations.

The PD20M Magnetic External SSD features Apple’s MagSafe magnetic attachment support, enabling a direct connection with compatible mobile devices. It has received a U.S. patent for a magnetic suction storage device and a Japanese patent for magnetic attraction technology. Compact and lightweight, the drive offers additional storage for iPhone users, making it suitable for storing high-resolution photos and videos on the go.

The T-CREATE CinemaPr P36D Docking External SSD, first shown at COMPUTEX 2025, is designed for video creators working with large file formats. It combines storage with docking station functionality and has earned patents in Taiwan for both its utility and design. The device supports real-time recording and saving, includes cable management features, and allows tripod installation, providing flexibility for professional production environments.

The T-CREATE EXPERT P35S Destroyed Portable SSD addresses the needs of professionals managing sensitive information. Unlike traditional solutions that depend on encryption or formatting, the P35S introduces a one-click circuit destruction mechanism. This patented design in Taiwan ensures permanent data disposal, offering a physical layer of protection against leaks of confidential material.

TeamGroup is also investing in next-generation CAMM2 (Compression Attached Memory Module 2) technology. A newly granted Taiwan patent covers a thermal design that improves efficiency and stability for high-performance laptops and AI-focused platforms. This advancement supports the company’s strategy of addressing both performance and heat management challenges in compact computing systems.
With continued development across its TeamGroup, T-FORCE, and T-CREATE brands, the company aims to strengthen its presence in consumer, gaming, and creative markets. The newly secured patents highlight TeamGroup’s ongoing commitment to research and innovation in storage and memory solutions.
