The TeamGroup NV5000 utilizes the PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and supports the NVMe 1.4 protocol. This M.2 2280 form factor drive delivers sequential read speeds of up to 5,000 MB/s and offers capacities of up to 2TB. Built with 3D NAND flash, the NV5000 achieves data transfer rates that significantly surpass traditional SATA SSDs and previous-generation PCIe Gen3 models.
