Razer is giving mechanical keyboard enthusiasts another reason to customize their setups, this time with a collection built around some of Sanrio’s most recognizable characters. The new Razer Hello Kitty and Friends blind box keycap series brings Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, My Melody, and Kuromi to MX-compatible mechanical keyboards, while adding a rare chrome-plated secret design for collectors.
The collection includes five regular character designs, with each keycap made as a multipart PVC figurine. Razer has used pad-printed details and a semi-gloss finish to give each character its own look while keeping the keycaps suitable for everyday keyboard customization. Depending on the character, the keycaps measure between 19 and 44 mm in length, 21 and 29 mm in width, and 24 and 34 mm in height. Their weight ranges from 6.8 to 10.8 grams.

According to Razer, the secret design appears roughly once in every four complete sets and replaces the duplicate when it is included.
The six-box collection is priced at $119.94, putting each box at just under $20 when purchased as a complete set. The individual boxes are also available for buyers who want to collect specific characters through multiple purchases.
The release follows Razer’s recent move further into the enthusiast keycap market with its Triple-Headed Snake Edition artisan keycap. The Hello Kitty and Friends collection takes a different approach by combining character collectibles with mechanical keyboard customization, continuing the company’s Sanrio partnership after the Hello Kitty Rose Gold Kraken Kitty V2 headset launched earlier this year.
