METAL EDEN Releases on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S with Launch Discount

Reikon Games, the studio behind RUINER, has launched its latest title, METAL EDEN. Published by Deep Silver, the sci-fi first-person shooter is now available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game is priced at €39.99, $39.99, and £32.99, with a 10% discount available during its first week of release.

METAL EDEN places players in the role of ASKA, a Hyper Unit android constructed around a digitized human psyche. The narrative follows ASKA’s journey alongside Nexus, a sentient ship, as they navigate the techno-planet Moebius. The story emphasizes the conflict between control and freedom, while exploring the theme of rebirth, symbolized by ASKA’s first encounter with her own lifeless body.

The game is set in a future where human consciousness has migrated into machines. Players will explore the neon-soaked structures of Moebius and descend into its hidden depths, uncovering the truth behind a lost human colony whose souls are trapped within cybernetic COREs.

Gameplay combines combat, progression, and exploration. Across eight handcrafted missions, players upgrade ASKA’s body, expand an arsenal of futuristic weapons, and engage enemies that range from machine guardians to corrupted constructs. Energy cores extracted from opponents provide tactical advantages, allowing ASKA to evolve into more advanced forms of the Hyper Unit.

Reikon Games designed METAL EDEN to merge a strong visual identity with a layered sci-fi narrative. The game’s environments reflect a cybernetic world where memory, control, and survival are in constant conflict. The mission-based structure guides players through different stages of Moebius, gradually revealing the larger mystery surrounding the lost colony and its transformation.

With its mix of action and world-building, METAL EDEN continues Reikon Games’ focus on titles rooted in futuristic settings. The partnership with Deep Silver brings the game to a wide audience across PC and console platforms. Players can now experience the full release, with the launch discount available for seven days.
