Jonsbo Introduces T7 M-ATX Case with Wood and Aluminum Build

Jonsbo has officially launched the T7, a new M-ATX chassis designed to serve both desktop use and portable computing needs. Following in the footsteps of the previously released T6, the T7 continues the company’s approach to combining functional hardware support with design that reflects traditional craftsmanship. Available in black and silver finishes, the PC Case is now available through select global distributors.

The T7 uses a hybrid construction that blends 3 mm-thick aluminum alloy panels with 10mm North American black walnut accents. This includes a fully wooden handle integrated into the top panel, designed to support up to 15kg of load. The combination of wood and metal, along with soft, rounded corners and clean exterior lines, gives the chassis a distinctive appearance inspired by traditional Chinese home decor.

While the case leans into aesthetics, it does not compromise on function. The internal layout supports both ITX and M-ATX motherboards and offers practical compatibility for modern PC components. GPU clearance extends up to 280mm depending on internal layout, with support for CPU air coolers up to 165mm in height. The T7 also accommodates ATX power supplies up to 220mm in length, a feature not always found in compact cases.

Storage options include support for one 3.5-inch HDD and two 2.5-inch SSDs, or alternatively, up to three 2.5-inch drives. This provides flexibility for users looking to balance capacity and speed in small builds.

For cooling and airflow, the case features a direct front-to-rear airflow design, intended to streamline thermal performance in tighter builds. It ships with aluminum side panels but also includes magnetic tempered glass panels that users can swap in based on their preference for visibility or noise control.

Measuring 210mm wide, 305mm deep, and 403mm high, the T7 also includes a 10mm tall foot stand to ensure stable positioning and improved bottom clearance. While compact, the T7 offers sufficient space and mounting options to support a range of mainstream hardware configurations, making it a suitable option for users who want a portable system without giving up desktop-class capabilities.

Jonsbo has not announced global pricing yet, but the JONSBO T7 is expected to launch in multiple regions through online retailers and system integrators. The case targets users looking for a mix of modern performance and traditional styling, particularly in compact workspaces or living room setups where visual design plays a more prominent role.
