HyperX has expanded its gaming hardware lineup with a new open-back headset, three Pulsefire Haste 3 Gaming Mice, and a new USB Microphone. Announced during the company’s Level Awakening 2026 event, the new products target PC gamers, competitive players, streamers, and content creators, with prices starting at $39.99.
The biggest change on the audio side is the HyperX Cloud Alpha Air, which marks the company’s first open-back gaming headset. HyperX is entering a category that has traditionally been popular with users looking for a wider soundstage and more natural audio presentation. The company says its new Bass Tube technology is designed to retain stronger low-frequency performance, addressing one of the compromises often associated with open-back designs.
The Cloud Alpha Air is expected to launch in September 2026 for $149.99. HyperX has not positioned it as a replacement for its existing closed-back Cloud models, but rather as another option for gamers who prefer the characteristics of an open-back headset.
HyperX is also updating its lightweight mouse lineup with the Pulsefire Haste 3 Series. The flagship Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro features a 47-gram carbon-infused shell and the company’s new HyperX Performance Sensor, rated for up to 42,000 DPI, 800 IPS tracking speed, and 70G acceleration. HyperX also lists a battery life of up to 150 hours at a 1K polling rate or up to 35 hours at 8K polling.
The lineup also includes the Pulsefire Haste 3 Wireless and the more affordable Pulsefire Haste 3 Wired, giving HyperX options across different price ranges.

The SoloCast 2 Pro rounds out the announcement with dual condenser capsules, built-in vibration dampening, a pop filter, monitoring features, and additional controls through HyperX’s NGENUITY software. The microphone is aimed at users who want a compact USB solution for gaming, voice chat, streaming, and content recording.
All five products are expected to arrive via HyperX in September 2026, although availability may vary by region. The announcement also included additional HyperX and OMEN hardware, including gaming monitors and the OMEN 35L desktop, making Level Awakening 2026 a broader refresh of HP’s gaming ecosystem.
