Hyper has announced the launch of the HyperSpace Trackpad Pro, a new high-precision trackpad developed for Microsoft Windows users. The product, now available on Kickstarter, combines advanced haptic feedback, customizable force sensing, and software integration to enhance everyday productivity and creative workflows. According to Gabi Iorio, Director of Global Marketing and Sales at Hyper, the company wanted to address the need for a high-quality external trackpad among Windows users. The HyperSpace Trackpad Pro aims to deliver improved precision, comfort, and adaptability in both professional and personal use cases.
The HyperSpace Trackpad Pro features a 240Hz response rate that ensures smooth and responsive gesture tracking. This makes it suitable for tasks that demand accuracy, including design work, video editing, and multitasking. The third-generation piezo haptic system offers uniform feedback across the glass surface, creating a consistent click experience regardless of where the user presses. The device’s full-force sensing matrix can detect different pressure levels, allowing users to adjust click strength according to their preferences. This design enables fine control for detailed operations while maintaining a natural and quiet click feel.
The included Hydra Connect software allows users to personalize how the trackpad behaves across various applications. It supports the creation of custom click zones, corner shortcuts, and application-specific profiles that switch automatically depending on the active program. The Trackpad Pro comes pre-loaded with profiles for popular creative and productivity tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Figma. The Hydra Widget offers an on-screen interface for easy access to settings and live adjustments.
While the HyperSpace Trackpad Pro is developed for Windows with full multitouch support, it also offers basic navigation features on macOS. It includes palm rejection technology to prevent accidental touches, maintaining smooth control even during extended use. The HyperSpace Trackpad Pro (HS2510GL) is available for pre-order through Hyper’s Kickstarter campaign, starting at $90 for early backers. Retail availability is expected in Q1 2026, with a suggested retail price of $149.99. The product will be distributed across the US, Europe, and other global markets following the campaign.
