GMKtec has introduced the NucBox M3S, a compact mini PC powered by Intel’s Wildcat Lake platform. The system combines an Intel Core 3 304 processor with 12GB of onboard LPDDR5 memory, USB4 connectivity, and support for up to three 4K displays. Priced at $389.99, the NucBox M3S is aimed at users who need a small desktop for office work, everyday computing, and multi-monitor productivity.
The mini PC uses Intel’s Core 3 304 processor, which features one performance core and four efficiency cores. The chip reaches a maximum turbo frequency of 4.3GHz, with maximum power consumption rated at 25W. This configuration is designed for common desktop workloads in a compact system, although performance in demanding applications will depend on the processor’s sustained power limits and cooling.

GMKtec has fitted the NucBox M3S with 12GB of LPDDR5-5600 onboard memory. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB SSD configurations, while a second M.2 2280 slot with PCIe 4.0 support allows users to install an additional compatible SSD. The memory is onboard, meaning users should not expect the same upgrade flexibility available with replaceable RAM modules.
Connectivity includes one USB4 Type-C port, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 2.0 port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, a 2.5GbE Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The combination of USB4 and dual HDMI outputs enables support for up to three 4K monitors, providing additional screen space for multitasking and office setups.
Measuring 114 × 106 × 42.5 mm and weighing approximately 430 grams, the NucBox M3S takes up little desk space. It also comes with Windows 11 pre-installed. At $389.99, GMKtec’s latest mini PC combines a low-power Intel processor, expandable SSD storage, and multiple display outputs in a compact chassis.
