Gigabyte has introduced the AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 STEALTH ICE 32G, the latest addition to its high-end graphics card lineup. The new model is tailored specifically for the company’s Project STEALTH series and features a rear-mounted power connector to enable clean cable routing and an unobstructed view of the graphics card’s exterior.
This design shift aligns with the Project STEALTH initiative, which aims to simplify the PC building process while improving visual appeal by relocating connectors to less visible areas. The result is a more organized internal layout that appeals to builders who want a clean and efficient system appearance without the clutter of exposed cables.

The RTX 5090 STEALTH ICE 32G is built on NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture and includes enhancements to both thermal and visual design. One of the standout features is the implementation of GIGABYTE’s upgraded WINDFORCE cooling solution. The new version includes redesigned Hawk Fans that increase air pressure by over 50% and improve airflow by over 12%, helping to reduce GPU temperatures during gaming and creative workloads.
In addition to the fan improvements, the cooling system includes a large vapor chamber that makes direct contact with the GPU. This is paired with superconducting heat pipes and improved thermal materials. GIGABYTE uses a high-conductivity composite metal grease on the GPU die and applies server-grade thermal gel to the VRAM and power delivery components. These materials are designed to maintain consistent thermal performance over time, especially in systems running demanding applications or games for extended periods.

For users who want additional cooling capacity, GIGABYTE includes support for an extra fan that can be installed above the backplate. This optional fan takes advantage of the screen cooling cutouts to draw heat away from the back of the card, helping to improve overall system airflow.
Noise reduction is another area of focus. Through the GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER (GCC) software, users can switch to a quieter fan profile with a single click. This mode lowers fan speeds to reduce acoustic output without requiring users to manually adjust fan curves or profiles.
The card features a predominantly white design with subtle RGB lighting, making it an ideal match for GIGABYTE’s STEALTH ICE ecosystem. When combined with STEALTH ICE motherboards such as the X870 or B850 series, and the C500 PANORAMIC STEALTH ICE case, builders can create a fully integrated and visually cohesive system. The case’s wide-angle tempered glass panel provides a clear view of the internal components, emphasizing the streamlined aesthetic enabled by hidden connectors and cable-free visuals.
With the AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 STEALTH ICE 32G, GIGABYTE continues to push for designs that balance performance, ease of assembly, and clean visuals. The card targets users who want top-tier graphics performance without compromising on appearance or build quality.
