EPOMAKER has released the HE108, a full-size keyboard built around Hall effect magnetic switch technology. While compact layouts dominate recent launches, this model sticks to a traditional 108-key layout, targeting users who prefer a complete set of keys for both gaming and productivity.

The HE108 supports three connection modes, including wired USB, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth. In wired mode, the keyboard reaches an 8kHz polling rate, paired with a claimed 0.2ms response time. The 2.4GHz wireless mode is rated at 0.4ms latency, aiming to keep input delay low even without a cable. These figures place it among the faster options currently available in its price range.
From a design standpoint, the keyboard uses an ABS plastic chassis and maintains an 18mm front height. It includes adjustable tilt settings of 6°, 8°, and 10.5°, allowing users to fine-tune typing angles. Side lighting strips add a visual element without changing the overall layout. Internally, the HE108 uses a gasket-mounted structure combined with a slotted FR4 PCB and a PC positioning plate. EPOMAKER also includes five layers of sound-dampening materials, which help reduce hollow noise and improve key press acoustics.

The keyboard ships with double-shot PBT keycaps in a Cherry profile, designed for durability and resistance to wear. Underneath, it uses pre-lubricated Creamy Jade Hall effect switches with a 30gf starting force and 3.3mm total travel distance. These switches support adjustable actuation with 0.005mm precision, along with a zero dead zone option. This level of control allows users to fine-tune input sensitivity based on preference.
The PCB is hot-swappable and supports a range of Hall effect magnetic switches, giving room for customization. On the performance side, the HE108 features a 16kHz full-key scan rate and a 128kHz single-key scan rate. It also includes features such as Rapid Trigger (RT), SOCD cleaning, Dynamic Keystroke (DKS), and Mod-Tap (MT), which are commonly used for advanced input control in games.

A 10,000mAh battery is built in, with EPOMAKER estimating up to 500 hours of use when lighting is disabled, cutting down how often it needs to be recharged during wireless sessions.
The EPOMAKER HE108 is priced at $95.99, placing it in the mid-range segment. With its full-size layout, Hall effect switches, and high polling support, it adds another option for users looking beyond compact gaming keyboards.
