Darmoshark has entered the growing Hall effect keyboard market with the new KT75, a 75% magnetic switch keyboard designed around high polling rates, fast key detection, and adjustable Rapid Trigger control. The keyboard combines an anodized CNC aluminum chassis with the company’s latest magnetic switch technology, giving it a feature set aimed at competitive gaming.
The KT75 uses a 180-grit anodized CNC aluminum alloy body and a compact 75% layout. The design keeps the main keys, function row, arrow keys, and navigation controls while taking up less desk space than a traditional full-size keyboard.
Darmoshark’s third-generation Hall sensor signal algorithm is at the center of the KT75’s input system. The keyboard supports an 8KHz polling rate alongside a 32KHz full-key scan rate. Darmoshark also claims a transmission latency of just 0.08ms, although real-world latency can vary depending on the system and connection conditions.
Rapid Trigger is another major part of the KT75. Darmoshark lists full-segment Rapid Trigger accuracy of 0.01mm, allowing users to make very fine adjustments to key activation and reset behavior. This can be particularly useful in competitive games where repeated movement inputs need to register quickly.
The KT75 comes equipped with Starry Sky PRO “HIFI” magnetic switches. They have a 3.5±0.3mm travel distance, a 30±5gf actuation force, and a bottom-out flux rating of 600GS. As with other Hall effect keyboards, the magnetic switches allow the keyboard to detect key movement without the traditional physical contact mechanism used by conventional mechanical switches.
Darmoshark has also added bottom backlighting and matte PC keycaps. For users who like to modify their keyboards, the KT75 uses a ball-type quick-release structure that provides easier access to the internal components. The company says this makes it easier to replace the internal damping filling material, giving users more options for changing the keyboard’s sound and typing feel.
The Darmoshark KT75 joins a growing range of magnetic gaming keyboards that focus on adjustable actuation and Rapid Trigger functionality. Its combination of a metal chassis, high-frequency scanning, and fine Rapid Trigger adjustment gives it a specification sheet aimed at gamers who want more control over key input behavior.
