ACEMAGIC is taking the mini PC concept into workstation territory with the new F9A AI workstation, a compact system built around AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 495 processor and a huge 192GB unified memory configuration. The company is targeting AI developers and professional creators who need substantial memory capacity for local AI models and other demanding workloads, with the system carrying a $6,499 USD price tag.
The F9A measures just 158.5 × 158.5 × 81.5mm and weighs approximately 1.4kg, making it considerably smaller than many conventional desktop workstations. ACEMAGIC uses an aluminum alloy chassis with ventilation openings on both sides to help move air through the compact enclosure.
Memory is the key part of the F9A’s configuration. The workstation comes with 192GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory, with up to 160GB available for video memory. Since the processor and graphics hardware can access the same large memory pool, the configuration is designed to handle local large language models and other applications that can benefit from having a large amount of accessible memory.
