UGREEN is moving deeper into the smart home market with HomeAgent, a new AIoT platform designed to bring local AI processing, storage, surveillance, and device control into a single system. The company unveiled the platform on September 1 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, while also announcing New England Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez as its Global Brand Ambassador.
Unlike conventional smart home setups that often depend on separate cloud services and disconnected devices, UGREEN says HomeAgent is built around a local-first architecture. The system can store and process files, photos, surveillance footage, and device activity locally, while also using AI to understand what is happening around the home.

The HomeAgent lineup includes the HA100 and HA100 Pro hubs, MasterAgent MA100, SynCare cameras, Smart Speaker for Uliya, and UGREEN Gallery LCD Smart Frames. The platform is designed to connect UGREEN hardware with compatible third-party products, with Matter support providing a way to bring supported smart home devices under one control system.
- Local AI processing: Household files, photos, footage, and device activity can be processed locally.
- AI-powered surveillance: The system can recognize people, vehicles, pets, and packages and summarize recorded events.
- Voice control: Users can ask Uliya to control compatible devices, check status, review events, or create notifications.
- AI Highlights: HomeAgent can identify moments from footage and photo libraries and create highlight videos.
- Smart home automation: Matter support allows compatible devices to work together through custom automation scenes.
- Local storage: UGREEN says core storage and smart home functions can operate without a monthly cloud storage fee.
The HomeAgent HA100 Pro is aimed at users who need more processing capability. UGREEN says it provides faster networking and improved AI performance for workloads involving semantic understanding, voice-based rule creation, context-aware device control, and advanced recognition.

At the top of the range is the MasterAgent MA100, which uses NVIDIA’s Jetson Thor T5000 platform. UGREEN claims the local AI hub can deliver up to 2,070 FP4 TFLOPS of computing performance, allowing it to handle larger AI models and more complex workloads. Developers will also be able to expand MasterAgent through packages and skills using UGREEN’s developer platform.
The launch also expands UGREEN’s relationship with the New England Patriots. Gonzalez, who joined the team as a cornerback, will promote the company’s AIoT products and their use in home security, daily routines, and family-focused applications. Ugreen became the Patriots’ Official Tech Accessory Partner in April.

Pre-orders for the Ugreen HomeAgent HA100, HA100 Pro, and MasterAgent MA100 will open on September 3, 2026, through the Ugreen AIoT Official Store and will remain available until the Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign officially launches on October 27, 2026. Additional AIoT accessories announced by Ugreen will also be introduced as part of the Kickstarter campaign starting October 27. During the pre-order period, customers can place a deposit starting at $50 for the HomeAgent HA100, HA100 Pro, or MasterAgent MA100 to secure the Super Early Bird price, which offers a 50% discount.
During the football season, UGREEN plans to operate product experience booths at four Patriots home games at Gillette Stadium. The company will also hold a Boston-area watch party on December 10 featuring product demonstrations and on-site purchasing opportunities.
With HomeAgent, UGREEN is attempting to make the smart home less dependent on individual apps and cloud services by putting AI, storage, security, and device management into a shared local platform. The success of the ecosystem will ultimately depend on how well these devices work together in everyday use, but UGREEN now has a broader AIoT strategy in place rather than simply adding AI features to individual products.
