Beelink is giving its ME Pro two-bay NAS a processor upgrade, replacing the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with AMD’s newer Ryzen AI 9 HX 470. The updated Mini PC keeps the same storage-focused design but adds a faster NPU and support for higher-speed memory, making it an interesting option for users who want local AI features alongside a high-capacity NAS.
The new Beelink ME Pro is priced at CNY 4,795 in China for the barebone configuration, equivalent to roughly $711. The company has not yet confirmed international pricing or a global release date.
The biggest hardware change comes from the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470. Its NPU is rated at 55 TOPS, up from 50 TOPS on the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 version. Beelink lists total AI performance at 86 TOPS. This gives the NAS additional processing headroom for local AI workloads, including natural-language file searches and video tagging.
The Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 also supports LPDDR5X-8533 memory, although the ME Pro uses DDR5 SO-DIMM slots rather than LPDDR5X. Beelink says the system supports up to 32GB of DDR5 memory at 5600MT/s. As a result, the processor’s maximum supported memory speed does not directly translate to the configuration used by this NAS.
Storage remains the main focus of the ME Pro. The system has three M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs and two bays for hard drives. Beelink lists support for up to 4TB SSDs in its specifications, while each HDD bay can accommodate drives with capacities of up to 30TB. That gives the system a marketed maximum capacity of 72TB.
The M.2 slots should also support larger 8TB SSDs, potentially pushing the total storage capacity to 84TB when combined with two 30TB hard drives. This setup gives users the option to use NVMe storage for faster workloads while keeping large-capacity HDDs for media libraries, backups, and other data.
Connectivity is also well suited to a modern NAS. The ME Pro includes three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB4 port, HDMI, 10GbE, 2.5GbE, and a 3.5mm audio connector. Wireless connectivity comes from Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The system also features AMD’s Radeon 890M integrated graphics and a modular motherboard inside a compact chassis. With the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, multiple NVMe slots, dual HDD bays, and 10GbE networking, the ME Pro is positioned as more than a basic file-storage box.
For users interested in running AI workloads locally, the upgraded NPU could also make the ME Pro more useful for applications that can take advantage of AMD’s AI acceleration. However, the actual performance of these workloads will depend on the software and NAS operating system support.

Beelink has announced the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 version for the Chinese market. At CNY 4,795 for the barebone model, it sits in a higher-performance segment than many conventional NAS systems. Beelink has yet to reveal when the new ME Pro will be available internationally or how much it will cost outside China.
