GSC Game World has released a new story trailer for STALKER 2: Cost of Hope, the upcoming paid expansion for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The DLC is scheduled to arrive later this summer and will introduce a new storyline that takes players deeper into the dangerous world of the Zone.
The latest trailer focuses on the narrative side of the expansion, offering a look at the conflict that drives the new campaign. Players will find themselves caught between two rival factions while accompanying Zulu and Mavka on a mission that goes far beyond a simple territorial dispute. As tensions rise across the Zone, the pair will attempt to uncover a mystery hidden beneath the ongoing conflict.

The update aims to provide more information about the mysterious voice that guided players during their previous visit, expanding the game’s lore and answering lingering questions from the original story.
For players who purchased the Ultimate Edition, access to Cost of Hope will be included at launch. Meanwhile, all players will receive the Sealed Truth update free of charge, ensuring there will be new story content available regardless of whether they purchase the expansion.
With both a substantial DLC campaign and a free narrative update on the way, GSC Game World is continuing to expand STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, giving fans new reasons to return to the Zone in the months ahead.
